(Rent due 30-60 days prior to arrival or upon reservation, whichever
earlier)
$150 cleaning fee
10% City Tax for Rentals Less than 28 days

All rates are in U.S. Dollars and valid as of May 1, 2019, but subject to
change until reservations are guaranteed. We accept personal checks,
PayPal, and credit cards.
